Hiring programmers based on their excitement and passion is critical for filling out a solid team. I ask questions about what blogs or journals a candidate reads to help gauge their passion, but its a hardly something I can turn down a candidate based on. \ \ Many times I don’t have the option to turn down staff who have the strong technical skills, but just want a place to sit 9 to 5 to get paid.  Slots need to be filled and pressure from HR and upper manager mounts over time.\ \ #programminginterviews{.ot-hashtag .bidi_isolate}\ #interviews{.ot-hashtag .bidi_isolate}
