When Google Reader went away, I switched to The Old Reader (TOR) since it mimics the Google reader look and feel fairly closely.  It was a great way to manage my 300+ feeds broken out into categories and browse rss feed updates in a compact one liner list view.\ \ Now TOR is charging $30 a year for 500 or less (no option for more then 500 feeds), so I am looking for other options. The following article recommends the BarQux reader for $9 a year. It seems faster then TOR and has the one liner list view I love.  So….anyone love/hate for BarQux?
