I remember school lunches as something as less then appealing, but before the social media craze, what could we have done to really change it? \ \ This student kept a blog of her school lunches which caused her local politicians enough embarrassment that she was censored from taking further photos at lunch.\ \ Luckily, so many people where outraged (214 news articles in 12 hours) , this student is allowed to blog again. \ \ Wonder if this will embolden kids in the US to start posting pictures of their lunches? After watching a few documentaries on the big business of food, hearing about “pink slim” in our hamburger meat, and knowing the USDA considers ketchup a serving of vegetables, I would like to see what kids are being feed now a days.
